Toiyabe Golf Club is a semi-private golf club surrounded by a remarkable mountainous backdrop against the Toiyabe National Forest in Washoe Valley, NV. We provide a terrific work environment in our restaurant and bar or on our spectacular Robert Muir Graves designed golf course. Beverage Cart Attendant

Role and Responsibilities

Must have basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking. Job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Take drink and food orders on the golf course and answer guest questions in an informative and enthusiastic manner
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding ordering and stocking of beverage cart products
  • Handle cash and paperwork according to company standards
  • Keep Food Handler’s certification card up to date
  • Open availability during the 7-day work week

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Dish Washer

Role and Responsibilities

Job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment or utensils
  • Wash china, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwasher on site or by hand when necessary and properly store all kitchen dishes and equipment
  • Maintain kitchen facility, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • Assist in basic food preparation
  • Report to executive Chef or Sous Chef

Greens Keeper

Role and Responsibilities

Job duties and responsibilities include

  • Hand watering
  • Mowing
  • Weed eating
  • Other various golf course projects and maintenance

Must be able to take direction and complete given tasks in a timely manner. Must have transportation to work and ability to make it to work on time. Reports to golf course superintendent and assistant superintendent

Snack Bar Attendant

Role and Responsibilities

Must have basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking. Job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Take food and drink orders and answer guest questions about the menus in an informative and enthusiastic manner
  • Prepare food quickly including operating a BBQ occasionally
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding ordering and stocking food and beverage products
  • Complete side work during non-busy times including cleaning, stocking and maintaining cleanliness of inside and outside snack bar areas
  • Handle money and paperwork according to company standards
  • Keep Food Handler’s certification card up to date
